The Protection of Personal Information
This Privacy Policy has been established in accordance with the
Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA)
and the Ten Key Principles of the Canadian Standards Association
(CSA) Model Code for the Protection of Personal Information (as
detailed within PIPEDA) to form the foundation for our practices
and procedures concerning the collection, use and disclosure of

Personal Information covered by this policy includes any information
about an identifiable individual that an organization collects,
uses or discloses in the course of commercial activities, excluding
the name, title, business address or telephone number of an employee
of an organization.
1. Accountability
i2.ca is responsible for any personal information under its control,
and is committed to acting in good faith to comply with the principles
of PIPEDA and the protection of personal information.
2. Identifying Purpose
i2.ca will identify the purpose for which personal information
is being collected before or at the time the information is collected.
Personal information collected and maintained by i2 will be used
for the sole purpose for the operation of GameTime.
3. Consent
i2.ca will obtain the consent of the individual for the collection,
use or disclosure of personal information, except where not required
to do so by law.
4. Limiting Collection
i2.ca will only collect personal information that is required for
the operation of GameTime.
5. Limiting Use, Disclosure, and Retention
Personal information maintained by i2.ca, will not be used or disclosed
for any purpose other than that for which it was collected, unless
the consent of the individual has been obtained. Personal information
will only be retained for as long as is necessary to fulfill the
purpose specified at the time of collection, or as required by law.

i2.ca will ensure that personal information will be as accurate,
complete, and up-to-date as necessary for the purposes for which
it is to be used. We encourage individuals to review and confirm
the accuracy of all personal information maintained by i2.ca, and
inform us of any necessary changes that cannot be updated by the
individual.

to the sensitive nature of the data.

Upon request, i2.ca will provide specific information about our
policies and practices relating to the management of personal information.
9. Individual Access
Upon request, i2.ca will inform an individual about the existence,
use, and disclosure of their personal information and provide access
to that information. An individual may challenge the accuracy and
completeness of the information and have it amended as appropriate.
